Project: Design and development of a process of transformation towards a digital culture and innovation in the people within the organization that pursued the following objectives:

  1. Evaluation of digital competences.
  2. Design of a new organizational structure
  3. Training in digital skills.
  4. Introducing collaboration tools that will improve teamwork.

Results:

  • Clear picture of the degree of digital maturity of the organization.
  • Organizational structure less hierarchical with new roles and career plans.
  • More fluid communication between work teams using collaborative tools.
  • Training of the entire staff to move forward in the process of change management.
